Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Flash, an alarm app for iPhone published by Prince Soli ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Flash, you agree to them.

The app

Flash lets you create real, system-scheduled alarms using sounds you choose — including audio clipped from your own videos. The free plan includes one alarm and one custom sound; Flash Premium removes those limits for a subscription fee, billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID.

Your account

Creating a Flash account (via Sign in with Apple, Google, or email) is optional and is only required to create a new alarm — you can use everything else in the app without one. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Subscriptions and payment

Flash Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device — we cannot cancel or refund a purchase on your behalf; that's handled entirely by Apple.

Acceptable use

Use Flash the way it's built to be used. Don't try to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or the services it depends on (Firebase Authentication, Apple's App Store), and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Your content

Any video or audio you use to create a sound stays on your own device — we never receive, store, or have access to it. You're responsible for having the rights to any media you use to create a custom alarm sound.

No warranty

Flash is provided "as is." While we've built it to be a reliable way to wake up, we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — for anything genuinely time-critical, keep a backup plan (as we'd recommend for any alarm clock, app or otherwise).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flash, including a missed alarm.

Apple's standard terms

Because Flash is distributed through the App Store, Apple's own Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and governs alongside these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version at this same address.
